All of our products are individually chosen to improve coat, skin, breath and well being. Our bathing process includes a warm shower massage that helps alleviate soreness and stiffness in your pet's muscles and joints. It also exfoliates while helping to remove excess hair.You will never find us using dangerous cage dryers. All pets are hand fluff dried not only for safety, but for a better quality groom. 

To ensure your pet has the most enjoyable experience possible: Please advise us of any allergies, sensitivities or pre- existing medical conditions so we can avoid agrevating these situations. Please discuss any past grooming history you may have found unsatisfactory with your pet professional. We want to avoid repetion of an experience or situation that caused your pet discomfort. Cases with extreme matting will be discussed with the owner to achieve the best outcome for the pet, Humanity Before Vanity.

· Anal glands expressed if needed

· Brush and comb out * extra charges may apply to severely matted pets
